When it comes to pricing for our residential customers, we like to keep things simple and offer a per room model. We have a minimum charge of $150 which covers most houses and includes up to three rooms or areas up to twelve square metres each.

Not necessarily. Many clients provide a key or garage code or open access. If there’s anything particular you need (pets, sensitive areas), we’ll coordinate ahead of time.
